The Fundamentals of Health

A 4 week program to gaining a calm sense of control over yourself and your health.

Program Overview:

There are two primary categories of health: Body & Mind. How we use the body affects the mind, and how we use the mind affects the body.

When the two work together in harmony, we achieve WHOLE health; that is, physically, mentally, emotionally.


This program is designed to help us regain our connection between body and mind in a way that is seamless to our everyday life.


With a background in personal training, it was my highest aim to help clients adopt the lifestyle of health; the same principles apply here, but on a more complete basis.


Understanding how to gain control over one's mind (coupled with the use of physicality) allows one to gain control over all of one's self (again: mentally, physically, AND emotionally).


This program includes both physical and mental exercises (in various forms of meditation and visualization exercises) to put us on the fast track to LASTING health.

Format:

1. Weekly Group Coaching Calls (40-60 minutes; Mondays, 6pm EST/5pm CST/3pm PST)

2. Daily/Weekly "Assignments" (to help you adopt the lifestyle; roughly 20 minutes per day)

3. Downloadable Weekly Resources (audios, videos, documents)

4. FOUR week program; BEGINS FEBRUARY 3

What to Expect:

Week 1: Awareness & Relaxation

  • Learn effective relaxation techniques and how to cause yourself to relax in seconds
  • Discover a meditation practice that works for YOU
  • Begin to increase your levels of awareness and mindfulness through simple everyday practices

Week 2: Mindfulness in Movement

  • Deepen your connection with your physical body & understand how emotions affect you physically
  • Create a daily movement routine that works for you and your lifestyle
  • Discover exercises that energize the body and exercises that further assist in relaxation

Week 3: Conscious Consumption

  • Discover the foods that are right for YOU!
  • Learn how to make eating an enjoyable mindful practice
  • Practices to further boost your energy and vitality

Week 4: Emotional Regulation

  • Learn practices to shift and release negative emotions
  • Exercises to alter/improve our self-image (and creating a new image of Health)
  • Identify and effectively remove limiting beliefs

  • Practices to help you discover the right food for YOU
  • Exercises to improve digestion, energy, and vitality

Week 4: Emotional Regulation

  • Series of downloadable recordings to drastically alter our emotional state (to improve our mood and increase energy)
  • Practices to help remove limiting thought patterns & beliefs

  • TWO private, one-on-one coaching sessions (40 minutes each)
  • ONE customized meditation recording based on your specific wants and needs
  • Daily/weekly checklist to help you remain consistent and accountable
  • Group support for ongoing assistance and further accountability
